What’s new?

There are numerous new features in the current version:

The filter settings can be saved in the power lists and this enables the following:
- As an admin, I can define a default filter for all users in a list
- Users can save their own filters
- Users can share filters
Data protection objects have been expanded to include additional fields.

Extensions to the menu

Menu items have been grouped by module
- Audit Management
- Risk management
- Information security
Additional task lists are available in the modules for possible module-specific filtering. The filtering can be individually defined by the customer.
Further menu items can be added (contact CRISAM® Support).

Workflow types

Workflows and tasks are now available in the new design:
- Workflows and tasks each have their own customisable form
- All Explorer workflow types can now also be created in Web Access
- When creating a workflow, various options are available for the automatic creation of the associated tasks. (Create tasks grouped by risk owners and approvers, etc.)

Expansion of the reporting data source

All enumerations of the project are available for easier filtering of the data.
Model affiliation is now available via ModelsTXT
Area assignments of an element in the dashboard can be analysed using ScopeTxt
IDs of all parent or child elements of an element available for context filtering (ancestors/descendants)
Measures expanded to include findings
Additional data protection fields available
Additional free fields available
Rights evaluation extended to include area information
Control objectives available as a top-level data source

Number of free fields in Web Access has been increased
- Text field: 50
- Number field: 30
- Date field: 20
- Checkbox field: 20
BCM criteria extended by: RTA, RPA, MBCO, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 6 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months
Enumerations can now also be managed in Web Access.
