5. United States Federal Sentencing Guidelines
   • These guidelines stipulate penalties for companies that violate US criminal law.

6. U.S. DOJ
   • The U.S. Department of Justice (U.S. DOJ) is responsible for enforcing federal laws.

7. ISO 37001
   • ISO 37001 is an international standard for anti-bribery systems (ABMS).
